We can’t promise cake every day, but we can promise we’re a great, fun team to work with.

We’re looking  for two bright, smart and go-getting interns to join the Upper Street team and gain first hand experience of fashion editorial, design and marketing within an exciting, innovative and dynamic online luxury fashion business. The successful candidates will enjoy the chance to really get stuck in and learn from the ground up. So if you’re as passionate about shoes as we are – we’d love to meet you.

The intern positions we’re offering are:

Fashion Editorial

Day to day activities will include:

• Online copywriting – writing outstanding copy for the website. A strong understanding and ability to write copy optimised for search engines (SEO) will be required and developed. This will include short and long copy.
• Assisting with social media management – helping communicate with our customers and influencers on Facebook, Twitter & Pinterest
• Research / projects – supporting the Marketing Manager on ad hoc projects
• Customer Service Support – supporting the Customer Services Manager in managing customer enquiries both by email and in office appointments

Digital Design & Marketing Intern

Day to day activities will include:

• Graphic design – creation of images and layouts for use on the web, email marketing, print material etc
• Photography and video – taking footage and stills, manipulating images, creating videos
• 3D Shoe designs – collating inspiration, creating new designs within the Upper Street Gallery for specific campaigns and seasonal trends
• Sample management – managing product samples to be sent out for PR
