What is your returns policy?

Each pair of shoes is custom-made and so we can't offer refunds. However, it's very important to us that you're happy with your Upper Street shoes, so we do offer an alteration service free of charge if your shoes aren't the perfect fit.

 Every Upper Street shoe is subject to strict quality control procedures. However, if you think that your shoes may be faulty, we will of course work to resolve this problem for you as a priority. Just get in touch at customerservice@upperstreet.com within 7 working days of receipt (quoting  your order reference number, and including a contact telephone number).

Alternatively go to your Personal Account , select the order that you have a query about, and click Contact.

Shoes damaged as a result of regular wear and tear will not be considered faulty.
